Airport Plazas believes in giving back to the people who contribute to our success. Airport Plazas Customer Rewards enables the company to offer additional offers to its loyal customers. Each transaction conducted at our location accumulates points. The number of points awarded is weighed against the nature of the transaction. For example fuel generates fewer points per dollar than a car wash.
For each location the company creates its own micro-site where customers are able to access and view their balances, and redeem their points for a variety of goods and services available at the location.
This program also serves as a customer contact tool whereby the company intends to make use of the customer data for input and feedback regarding its local operation. It is important to note that the customer contact information collected by this program will NOT be shared with any third party or utilized for any purpose other than program related functions.
Program Details
- One point will = $0.01 and that points can be spent back at the participating locations just like cash. Points expire 12 months after inactivity.
- Award 1% on inside purchases – excluding lottery
- Award 5% on auto repair services
- Award 5% on towing services
- Award 3% on carwash purchases
- 1 point/gal on all fuel grades
- Buy 8 carwashes get one free

How soon after I've signed up can I start earning points?
You start earning points as soon as you pick up your Airport Plazas Customer Rewards card and make a purchase. It's that easy!
What can I use my points for?
Each time make a purchase at any participating Airport Plaza location
you earn points that spend just like cash back at these locations.
Each point is worth one cent.
Ex. 500 points = $5.00
Your card has to be registered before you can spend your points.
How can I use my points towards my fuel purchase?
If you would like to spend your points on fuel make sure to tell the attendant and give them your card before they fill-up your car.
How do I know what my point balance is?
Each time you use your card your point balance is updated and your current point balance shows up on the bottom of your receipt. You can also call the toll free number on the back of your card to find out your current point balance, 1-800-590-3410.
What do I do if I lose my card?
It is important to make sure your card is registered. If you lose your card and it is registered then just pick up a new card from any participating Airport Plaza location and call the toll free number on the back of the card. The associate that answers will be able to cancel your old card and transfer points from your old card to your new card.
If you did not register your card we will be unable to recover the points that were on your lost card.
